Q1: What versions of Windows will TaskAngel run on?

A1: TaskAngel is great with any of the following:

• Windows 7
• Windows Vista
• Windows XP with Service Pack 2
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2003

To check which version of Windows you are running, right click on My Computer and select Properties. To install the latest Service Pack, run Windows Update.

Q2: What is .NET Framework?

A2: .NET Framework is Microsoft's advanced software platform, which is used by TaskAngel. If you have Windows 7 or Vista, you already have the version of .NET Framework that TaskAngel needs. If not, .NET Framework version 2.0 is installed automatically with TaskAngel, unless you already have it installed.

Q3: What is 'Getting Things Done' or GTD?

A3: Getting Things Done® - GTD® for short - is a revolutionary way of working devised by David Allen. TaskAngel was designed to make it easy for you to put David's ideas into operation. David's web-site at www.davidco.com has a wealth of information about his methods.

Q4: What is Toodledo?

A4: Toodledo is a web-based to-do list service that keeps your tasks safe online so that they can be accessed wherever you are. TaskAngel works with Toodledo so that all the tasks you type into TaskAngel appear on Toodledo. They can then be accessed over the web, or downloded to other copies of TaskAngel running on other computers. You can also see the tasks on your iPhone or other mobile devices, using apps such as PocketInformant. To access the Toodledo service and open a free account, visit www.toodledo.com. To sync your TaskAngel task list with Toodledo, click on Sync on the TaskAngel menu or toolbar.

Q5: Which hand-held devices will TaskAngel sync with?

A5: TaskAngel syncs with Toodledo, so any handheld device that can work with Toodledo can work with TaskAngel. For example:
